Operations & Supply Chain Intern at Cubix (Multiple Locations)

Responsibilities

• Support daily contact centre operations and active sales campaign activities.
• Assist operational leaders with performance data capturing, daily tracking, and management reporting.
• Contribute to workforce planning, shift scheduling, and strategic resource allocation across teams.
• Monitor contact centre productivity metrics while maintaining meticulous operational records.
• Assist with procurement management, supplier administrative processes, and internal stock control.
• Coordinate equipment allocation, facilities requirements, and essential operational resources.
• Acquire hands-on exposure to strict FSP regulatory compliance guidelines and operational procedures.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Human Resources, and Compliance.

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma from a recognised public tertiary institution in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce (BCom), Financial Management, Finance, Banking, Risk Management, Insurance, Economics, or related field.
• South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.
• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
• Currently unemployed with no previous participation in a SETA or Government-funded internship programme.
• Clear criminal and ITC credit records.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with solid communication and organisational skills.
