In this customer-facing role, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating memorable retail experiences and introducing visitors to the latest Apple ecosystem products and connected accessories. Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Proactively engage retail customers entering the store to establish their unique personal or business technology requirements.
• Deliver interactive product demonstrations across Mac, iPad, iPhone, Apple Watch, and associated ecosystem accessories.
• Provide complete and tailored solutions, including hardware setups, trade-in programs, and available warranty extensions.
• Maintain high retail standards by assisting with visual merchandising, product cleanliness, and floor stock availability.
• Process sales transactions efficiently while achieving monthly personal and team turnover targets.
