The business unit located at Constantia Village in Cape Town is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Technical Support Consultant to assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and software diagnostics.

This role serves as a crucial bridge between advanced technical diagnostic capabilities and professional retail customer care. Working closely with store visitors, you will diagnose issues on Apple devices, provide clear explanations of repair workflows, and deliver basic technical guidance that enhances client confidence and product loyalty.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Deliver face-to-face first-line technical support, hardware troubleshooting, and software diagnostics for Apple consumers.
• Conduct device check-ins, initial assessments, and log service tickets accurately within internal repair systems.
• Guide customers through software configurations, Apple ID recovery, backup restoration, and basic user training.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication when addressing technical challenges, managing customer expectations with composure.
• Collaborate with certified Apple repair technicians to ensure efficient turnaround times and exceptional service standards.
