Production Internship at Symrise (Multiple Locations)

Responsibilities

• Assist technical teams with day-to-day batch manufacturing, compounding, and production line monitoring.
• Support operational compliance by accurately recording batch records, machine logs, and quality verification documents.
• Participate in raw material handling, inventory reconciliation, and tracking of ingredients according to strict formulations.
• Collaborate with quality control and safety personnel to enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and occupational health protocols.
• Assist in identifying process bottlenecks, minimizing waste, and supporting Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives across the production plant.
• Participate in production meetings, technical reporting, and cross-departmental coordination projects.
