Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Prepare signature cocktails, pour beers, and serve wines accurately in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, sanitize counters, wash glassware, and keep preparation stations stocked and orderly.
• Anticipate guest needs, recommend beverage options, and deliver responsive and attentive customer care.
• Process customer payments, handle point-of-sale transactions, balance the cash float, and submit daily cashier reconciliations.
• Manage bar inventory by monitoring stock levels, restocking ice, fruit garnishes, and secure liquor storage areas.
• Adhere to all health, safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
