Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Support the primary classroom educator in facilitating structured daily schedules and informal learning-through-play activities.
• Assist young children individually and in groups to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and gross motor skills.
• Observe and document student progress, contributing to regular assessments shared with parents through meetings and written reports.
• Prepare classroom learning materials, activity stations, and creative craft resources ahead of daily teaching sessions.
• Supervise learners during indoor play, outdoor activities, meal intervals, and school events to maintain maximum safety.
• Promote positive behavioral habits, social collaboration, and school readiness across the pre-primary phase.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings, campus functions, and extracurricular school events throughout the academic year.
