Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Prepare and measure ingredients for pastry production, including portioning, weighing, chopping, and mixing according to standardized hotel recipes.
• Bake and prepare breads, pastries, cold desserts, and breakfast items in alignment with quality and presentation standards.
• Operate commercial ovens, proofers, mixers, and standard kitchen appliances safely and efficiently.
• Monitor food temperatures, quality, and freshness during production and proper storage.
• Set up, clean, and sanitize kitchen work stations, surfaces, utensils, and pastry tools in compliance with hygiene protocols.
• Report maintenance issues, equipment defects, and safety hazards promptly to culinary supervisors.
