Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Prepare, wash, peel, chop, and portion fresh ingredients according to standard operating recipes and portion guidelines.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, stoves, grills, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Assist in preparing both hot items and cold food components following kitchen checklists and presentation sheets.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and temperatures during cooking, chilling, and holding phases.
• Set up, restock, clean, and sanitize kitchen workstations, cutting boards, knives, and prep areas throughout service.
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and waste-reduction policies set by hotel management.
