In this role, you will act as a central Guest Experience Expert, overseeing front office operations, welcoming late arrivals, and reconciling the day's financial activity.

As a nocturnal brand ambassador, you will provide thoughtful, attentive service during the overnight hours, ensuring guest safety, handling inquiries, and completing vital daily reporting. You are empowered to make decisive, guest-first choices, resolving operational queries and ensuring that morning arrivals and departures transition seamlessly into the new operational day.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Execute the overnight audit process, balance daily financial postings, and generate administrative operational reports.
• Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs for night-time and early-morning travelers in accordance with brand standards.
• Listen actively to guest requests and concerns, providing rapid, empathetic resolution using core service recovery frameworks.
• Maintain comprehensive property awareness, proactively monitoring safety, reporting security concerns, and handling emergencies.
• Engage arriving and departing guests with tailored recommendations regarding property amenities and Cape Town attractions.
• Assist guests with physical disabilities or unique service needs with genuine care and prompt assistance.
• Collaborate effectively with security, engineering, and housekeeping night shifts to safeguard property standards.
