In this full-time role, you will act as a key brand ambassador, guiding customers through premium lifestyle, furnishing, and home decor choices. By combining strong product knowledge with consultative selling techniques, you will assist clients in transforming their living spaces with aspirational design solutions.

As part of a diverse retail portfolio comprising 34 speciality brands, @home delivers remarkable omnichannel experiences to South African households. Operating in a collaborative and energetic store setting, you will be responsible for understanding customer design preferences, driving store sales, maintaining showroom visual excellence, and delivering top-tier service. This position provides an exceptional foundation for retail sales professionals passionate about interior styling, luxury products, and high-value customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience as a primary brand ambassador for @home Livingspace.
• Build meaningful customer relationships by identifying specific styling needs and providing tailored furnishing and lifestyle solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly individual sales targets and service metrics through proactive consultative selling.
• Drive store conversions and actively close sales through in-depth product knowledge, premium presentations, and customer follow-up.
• Maintain superior showroom presentation, ensuring visual merchandising guidelines, housekeeping, and stock replenishment standards are met.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and manage administrative queries related to home deliveries and orders.
• Stay abreast of contemporary decor trends, appliance releases, and seasonal promotional campaigns to provide relevant recommendations.

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in a target-driven or commission-based environment.
