• Maintain full compliance with FAIS regulations, FICA standards, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), and internal risk management controls.
• Direct and educate clients on self-service banking options and digital platforms to optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate actively with branch team members to streamline operational workflows and share client service best practices.
• Capture accurate client documentation and complete all administrative requirements related to financial transactions.
