In this administrative role, you will be responsible for handling records, communicating maintenance work orders, facilitating technical documentation, and supporting the engineering team. Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Enter, track, and locate engineering and work-order data accurately using specialized property management systems.
• Transmit maintenance documentation, work permits, and service reports via email, computer systems, or official hotel channels.
• Coordinate communication between maintenance engineers, facilities contractors, and departmental supervisors using two-way radios and digital tools.
• Answer departmental telephone calls professionally, relay accurate messages, and record technical requests from hotel teams.
• Assist in maintaining safety, health, and security records, ensuring full compliance with brand and statutory standards.
• Support operational efficiency and quality standards by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative workflows.
• Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems for warranty records, equipment logs, and routine maintenance schedules.
