Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Maintain and update online store listings across primary platforms including Shopify and Takealot, managing metadata, product redirects, and imagery.
• Coordinate day-to-day office tasks, follow up on pending project milestones, and maintain team workflows using ClickUp.
• Complete formal product listing sheets and verification packs for national retail accounts, ensuring accurate barcode allocations and specifications.
• Coordinate digital files, revisions, and proofs between graphic designers, product photographers, and commercial printers.
• Assist in managing digital document archives, supplier quotations, shared cloud drives, and general office operational supplies.
• Provide secondary customer service coverage, maintaining accurate logging of product repairs and query reporting.
• Support logistics workflows post-training by drafting clearing documents, monitoring shipment estimated times of arrival, and dispatching couriers.
