Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Capture local supplier invoices, buy-outs, and Inter-Branch Transfers (IBTs) promptly into the ERP system.
• Verify incoming invoices against delivery documentation and purchase orders to ensure complete accuracy.
• Inspect tax invoices rigorously to confirm compliance with the South African VAT Act before processing.
• Identify, investigate, and correct transactional discrepancies between source documents and digital entries.
• Follow up proactively with suppliers and branch staff to obtain missing documentation and clear outstanding queries.
• Liaise regularly with creditors clerks to support timely supplier payment processing.
• Maintain organized filing systems to enable rapid retrieval of audit trails and documentation during internal reviews.
