• Apply proven upselling techniques to maximize room revenue, suggest alternate dates, or recommend sister properties when fully booked.
• Capture accurate guest profile information, billing details, and Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program numbers into the reservations database.
• Process booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations strictly in accordance with hotel guarantee and cancellation policies.
• Collaborate with front office, sales, and guest service teams to resolve guest inquiries and ensure specialized stay requests are documented.
