Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Greet every patron warmly and assist them in selecting specialized pet foods, healthcare aids, accessories, and grooming essentials.
• Receive, inspect, and merchandise incoming inventory consignments in line with company display and stock rotation guidelines.
• Manage POS cash registers, process card payments, issue receipts, and manage customer loyalty program registrations accurately.
• Execute regular stock checks, report inventory discrepancies, and maintain orderly storage in the stockroom.
• Uphold excellent store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual standards across all aisles and front-of-house promotional areas.
