Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Welcome store visitors warmly and provide consultative guidance on specialty pet foods, health supplements, and pet lifestyle merchandise.
• Receive incoming inventory shipments, unpack delivery crates, verify manifests, and replenish display shelves following strict visual standards.
• Maintain immaculate store hygiene, organize aisle layouts, and ensure stock rotation adheres to first-in, first-out stock management principles.
• Process point-of-sale retail transactions accurately using modern checkout software while managing customer accounts and inquiries.
• Execute daily administrative tasks, support routine inventory counts, and uphold rigorous retail security and loss-prevention protocols.
