As a frontline Retail Sales Assistant, you will represent the brand through knowledgeable client engagement, helping pet owners discover healthy dietary formulations, interactive toys, and reliable care products. In addition to delivering world-class customer service, you will manage operational duties essential to efficient shop management, from stock intake and shelf replenishment to point-of-sale operations. Working with a dedicated team, you will ensure a warm, clean, and inspiring store environment.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Deliver consultative customer service by identifying pet needs and recommending appropriate foods, supplements, and accessories.
• Unpack bulk delivery shipments, organize storage facilities, and replenish sales displays according to merchandising standards.
• Accurately operate point-of-sale checkout systems, process payments, issue receipts, and manage till balances.
• Perform daily housekeeping, maintain clean aisles, and organize display fixtures to maintain high presentation standards.
• Participate in periodic cycle counts, stock audits, and loss-prevention procedures to protect store assets.
