Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Execute scheduled daily call visits to designated retail chains and independent retail outlets across the assigned territory.
• Cultivate and sustain productive commercial relationships with store managers, floor supervisors, and receiving departments.
• Drive store-level sales volume to consistently achieve agreed monthly sales budgets and performance indicators.
• Merchandise products meticulously according to planograms, ensuring optimum on-shelf availability and clean displays.
• Identify and rectify stock out-of-stock situations, forward-share gaps, and backroom inventory discrepancies.
• Negotiate high-traffic display spaces, end-caps, and bulk promotional placements to amplify product exposure.
• Implement in-store promotional campaigns promptly and verify correct retail promotional pricing.
• Submit daily field call logs, photographs, and operational reports via the Repsly mobile application.
• Participate actively in virtual team briefings and strategy alignments utilizing Microsoft Teams.
