As a retail trainee, you will be immersed in the daily functioning of a fast-paced retail and healthcare store. Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Learn and oversee core retail store operations under the direct mentorship and supervision of the Store Manager.
• Manage inventory cycles including goods in transit, stock replenishment, physical cycle counts, and shrinkage prevention.
• Assist in executing visual merchandising, planograms, pricing updates, and promotional stock displays across FMCG and Health & Beauty departments.
• Supervise goods receiving processes, inspecting inbound stock deliveries and verifying documentation against company standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to support store sales targets, evaluate promotional performance, and identify commercial opportunities.
• Assist in supervising point-of-sale activities, handling daily cash-up procedures, and reconciling payment packs.
• Monitor controllable store operating expenses and ensure compliance with internal administrative and financial policies.
