In this full-time role, you will represent the brand culture, deliver outstanding service to sneaker enthusiasts and trendsetters, and drive daily retail performance on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Act as a brand ambassador for Archive by delivering energetic and tailored customer experiences.
• Engage proactively with shoppers to identify their streetwear and footwear preferences, matching them with the best product solutions.
• Track personal and store sales performance against assigned targets, proactively pursuing opportunities to close sales.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of sneaker releases, streetwear drops, apparel brands, and contemporary fashion trends.
• Execute stock replenishment, unpacking, and floor merchandising to keep the store neat, organized, and fully shoppable.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and digital payments.
• Follow store operational standards, health and safety policies, and loss control procedures consistently.
