In this dynamic role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. You will interact with international and local clientele, coordinate contracts and event orders, and manage sales systems to ensure seamless execution from inquiry to post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Perform core administrative tasks for Sales & Marketing, including drafting emails, managing client correspondence, and filing records.
• Prepare sales-related documentation such as corporate rate proposals, client contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
• Enter, update, and reconcile lead data, agent commissions, and client information across hotel management systems.
• Assemble and distribute branded sales kits, brochures, and promotional presentations for corporate clients and event organizers.
• Respond promptly to prospective guest inquiries regarding hotel facilities, room types, packages, and seasonal promotions.
• Liaise between clients and internal hotel departments to guarantee clear communication of guest requirements.
