Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales and service solutions for financial products.
• Facilitate customer account origination, card issuing, and digital banking platform activations.
• Guide clients through digital migration to optimize self-service channels and reduce branch cash transactions.
• Conduct mandatory regulatory verifications adhering strictly to FICA, POPIA, FAIS, and NCR guidelines.
• Resolve client enquiries and operational queries within designated service level timeframes.
• Comply with internal operational mandates and escalate complex matters to team supervisors.
• Uphold Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles across every consumer touchpoint.
