Signature Cosmetics invites passionate retail professionals to apply for the Second position across multiple store locations within the Western Cape, including the Parow Shopping Centre branch. In this key store support role, you will work closely alongside the Store Supervisor to coordinate daily shopfloor operations, monitor stock movements, and lead sales staff. You will bridge management responsibilities and customer-facing service, ensuring the store consistently meets operational compliance standards, maximizes turnover targets, and provides an inviting visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Deliver welcoming, personalized customer service and promote current retail sales campaigns.
• Step in to perform Store Supervisor duties when required by scheduling or management absence.
• Drive sales targets, average spend per customer, and link-selling initiatives across all beauty counters.
• Execute routine cycle counts, stocktake preparations, and adhere to FIFO stock rotation standards.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards, spotless tester units, and neat shopfloor displays.
• Operate point-of-sale systems, balance cash drawers, and assist with store banking procedures.
• Promote the Signature Cosmetics loyalty rewards card program to maximize customer enrollment.
