Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Schedule appointments and group bookings using specialized spa and salon reservation management software.

• Promote luxury treatments, salon services, and exclusive wellness retail products to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage front-desk financial transactions, process card and cash payments, secure the cash float, and reconcile daily takings with accounting.
• Coordinate closely with therapists, managers, and service providers to communicate last-minute schedule adjustments smoothly.
• Ensure treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and hospitality stations are fully stocked with fresh linens, refreshments, and amenities.
