Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising standards by packing, facing, and organizing product displays across store aisles.
• Process transactions at checkout terminals with accuracy, speed, and exceptional customer hospitality.
• Verify shelf pricing, promotional shelf-talkers, and product barcodes to prevent scanning discrepancies.
• Inspect stock quality, rotate merchandise based on expiry dates, and minimize product shrinkage and wastage.
• Support backroom stockroom operations, offloading goods, sorting merchandise, and transferring stock to the retail floor.
• Adhere to strict health, hygiene, occupational safety, and security procedures across all operational areas.
