As a key member of the inventory team, you will oversee the receipt, storage, control, and distribution of raw materials to support uninterrupted production lines. Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming raw materials, components, and finished furniture items.
• Issue essential materials and components to assembly, frame making, cutting, sewing, and upholstery departments to maintain smooth production schedules.
• Conduct systematic daily, weekly, and monthly stock cycle counts and assist with comprehensive inventory audits.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate stock movement registers across warehouse systems.
• Monitor stock levels, flag potential raw material shortages, and report slow-moving inventory lines to management.
• Ensure all stored components are safely stacked, clearly labeled, and easily retrievable in line with safety protocols.
• Prepare, verify, and dispatch inter-branch transfers and completed customer furniture orders.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations.
