As a Techxpert, you will be the frontline technical specialist responsible for helping customers resolve hardware faults, configure newly purchased equipment, and optimize their computing environments. This position combines hands-on technical diagnostic work with retail consultation, empowering customers to get the best performance from their technology investments.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Perform detailed diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on desktop computers, laptops, and peripheral hardware.
• Execute software installations, operating system upgrades, data transfers, and system performance optimizations.
• Consult with retail shoppers to identify technical challenges and recommend appropriate upgrade or repair solutions.
• Support retail sales operations by explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers and concluding service sales.
• Ensure all repair logs, warranty claims, and customer service documentation comply with company operational standards.
