Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Oversee floor sales operations, guiding sales consultants to meet and exceed daily branch revenue targets.
• Manage inventory cycles, daily stock reconciliations, loss prevention, and stockroom administration.
• Ensure immaculate store presentation, product displays, and promotional merchandising according to brand standards.
• Maintain financial controls, cash management systems, administrative audits, and daily register balancing.
• Lead and mentor retail staff, championing teamwork, ongoing product training, and stellar workplace morale.
• Resolve elevated customer issues with empathy, resolving warranty and technical support queries promptly.
• Support safety, health, and security compliance to protect store assets, employees, and patrons.
