As a Universal Advisor, your primary mandate is to facilitate seamless banking transactions, identify cross-selling opportunities, and guide clients toward appropriate financial products. You will actively educate branch visitors on digital banking apps and self-service terminals while ensuring that every interaction complies with FAIS, FICA, and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) governance standards, living up to the brand promise of 'How can we help you?'.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Deliver warm, professional frontline service to walk-in clients while understanding their unique financial needs.
• Identify, promote, and cross-sell appropriate personal banking products, credit services, and transactional solutions.
• Educate and migrate branch customers to digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and self-service kiosks.
• Process branch transactional requests efficiently and resolve customer queries within agreed turnaround times.
• Ensure full adherence to FAIS requirements, FICA documentation, anti-money laundering controls, and internal governance.
• Manage customer leads, referrals, and administrative follow-ups accurately on internal banking systems.

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
