In this pivotal branch role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador of the bank, establishing trusted relationships with walk-in personal and business customers while delivering meaningful, accessible financial services.

As a Universal Advisor, you will balance consultative relationship banking with efficient operational service delivery. You will assist clients with account inquiries, identify product opportunities aligned with client needs, and proactively guide customers toward self-service and digital e-Channels, ensuring an effortless, modern banking experience in compliance with all South African financial sector regulations.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Welcome and assist branch clients in a professional, empathetic manner that embodies the brand ethos of helpfulness.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend, sell, and cross-sell appropriate personal banking products and financial solutions.
• Educate and guide customers on navigating FNB digital platforms, the banking app, and on-site self-service facilities.
• Fulfill branch customer transactions efficiently and accurately while meeting strict quality and operational turnaround benchmarks.
• Manage customer leads, referrals, and query escalations promptly to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
• Maintain thorough administrative records and strictly uphold compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF principles, and internal risk policies.
• Stay abreast of new financial products, updated banking regulations, and branch system enhancements.
