Key Responsibilities & Core Duties

• Engage with prospective buyers to understand their home furnishing needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Achieve set personal and store sales turnover targets, warranty targets, and related revenue benchmarks.
• Deliver outstanding, customer-centric support from initial inquiry through to order finalization and delivery scheduling.
• Execute accurate point-of-sale administration for both cash purchases and formal customer credit applications in strict accordance with business compliance guidelines.
• Maintain showroom appeal through neat visual merchandising, correct price labeling, and active floor stock presentation.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all furniture, electronic, and bedding categories to answer technical inquiries effectively.
